Attending the Workshop

To fully register for the workshop please follow the two steps below.

Please review and download or print the handouts for your use during and after the workshop (Step 3)

In order to receive your Continuing Education Units, you must complete the online evaluation form below (Step 4). If completed prior to leaving the event, you can receive your certificate. If you complete the evaluation after you leave, your certificate will be emailed to the address provided.
